Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Shkor Labs LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company doing business as Shkor Money (WY file no. 2026-002003106), 1023 E Lincolnway, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA (“Shkor Money”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Shkor Money is a personal finance information tool. With your authorization, it retrieves read-only data from your financial accounts through Plaid Inc. and presents balances, categorized transactions and automated insights. The Service is currently in beta and provided free of charge to individuals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, and be the owner or an authorized user of every account you connect.

3. Not financial advice

Shkor Money is not a bank, lender, broker, credit counselor, credit repair organization or registered investment adviser. Insights, scores and estimates (including “loan readiness”, interest-cost and earnings estimates) are automated, general and informational, are based solely on data you connect, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not financial, investment, tax, legal or credit advice or a lending decision. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions; consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

4. Account data and authorization

You authorize Shkor Money to access, retrieve and store information from your financial institutions through Plaid on your behalf, as necessary to provide the Service. You agree to Plaid’s terms that apply to you, including the Plaid End User Privacy Policy. You may revoke this authorization at any time by disconnecting the institution in Settings or deleting your account. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy or timeliness of data provided by financial institutions or Plaid.

4a. AI agent access (MCP)

You may create personal access tokens to connect third-party AI assistants to your data through our read-only MCP interface. You are responsible for keeping tokens secret and for the assistants you connect; we are not responsible for how a third-party assistant or its provider uses data it retrieves at your direction. Outputs generated by an assistant are not statements by Shkor Money. Tokens can be revoked at any time in Settings; we may revoke tokens that are abused or exceed rate limits.

4b. Offers and advertiser disclosure

If you choose to see loan or savings offers, they are provided by Engine by MoneyLion and its partner network. Shkor Money may receive compensation when you click an offer or are approved, which may affect which offers appear and in what order. We don't include every lender or product available. Offers are not a commitment to lend; rates and terms are set by the lender and are final only after you apply and are approved. Checking loan rates uses a soft credit inquiry; applying with a lender may result in a hard inquiry. Shkor Money is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.

5. Your account

Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used in violation of these Terms or for fraud or abuse.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: connect accounts you are not authorized to access; attempt to access other users’ data; probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission; reverse engineer or scrape the Service; or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and content are owned by Shkor Labs LLC. You retain all rights in your data and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Fees

The Service is free during the beta. If we introduce paid features, we will describe the price before you are charged and you will be able to decline.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SHKOR LABS LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice where practicable. Sections 3, 7, 9, 10 and 12 survive termination.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring it where you live, or in small-claims court.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; we will notify you of material changes in advance by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
